Unhygienic and stinky smell corridors. Food kept outside other rooms for hours. Receptionists Malvika was unprofessional and not skilled.

Firstly, the amenities were shockingly unhygienic Even the common areas such as the lobby and hallways, were poorly maintained with visible dust and grime.
The dinner at the hotel's restaurant was utterly wasteful. The food quality was subpar with dishes that were either overcooked or lacked flavor entirely. The presentation was unappealing and the buffet spread looked unappetizing and stale.
Moreover, the staff exhibited a disappointing attitude throughout my stay. From the front desk to the restaurant servers there was a pervasive sense of indifference and rudeness. My requests for assistance were met with reluctance and even outright hostility at times. This kind of service is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one with a five-star rating.
The lack of hygiene, poor food quality and unprofessional staff attitudes made for an unpleasant visit. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a truly five-star experience.

Amazing staff, bathroom could be cleaner
The staff was wonderful, kind and always eager to help.
The elevators smelled strongly of food the entire stay. The fourth floor smelled musty as soon as you exited the elevator. The room was nice and organized well but the bathroom shower was moldy.
I hate leaving anything negative since the staff was above and beyond amazing, but the condition of the shower was disgusting and the moldy smell was off-putting. I'd have forgiven the elevator smell if the other two hadn't be an issue.

The property was ok
The rooms were not maintained well
We had issues with the tolilet not flushing
The shower not draining
The a/c did not work well. The power kept going out I. One of our rooms the power kept going out and we had a hard time changing rooms
They were constantly asking us how the service was and it was getting difficult to have a conversation with family when having breakfast

Great hotel poor transportation service.
Driver meeting us at the airport at 05:30 was 20 minutes late. No explanation or recompense. Then luggage was not delivered to room for over an hour until we went to reception to collect it ourselves. We just wanted to go to sleep. At the end of our stay we needed a taxi for a 4 minute drive. They wanted to charge 1200 plus tax. We took an Uber for 150. Housekeeping also took 2 days and repeated requests to provide an extra toilet roll. You may well expect a spare in a hotel of this standard!
