No mystery stains on the carpet or chairs. The room was quiet at night and the breakfast was good. We were hoping to add another night, but the front desk told us they were full."

"We love staying in hotels by Rue Cler and Hotel Beaugency was maybe 1 block away (2minute walk) from Rue Cler. We don’t stay in our hotel much when we travel, so this was pefect! Clean clean, clean, clean and comfortable bed. We opted for the smaller room and it lived up to the expectation. The bathroom was a perfect size for a small room. "I booked 5 rooms for 5 couples under each individual names, because I booked 5 rooms they gave me an upgrade (suite), only to not check the ID’s ( which they asked for at check-in) and they gave my upgraded room to another member of my party before getting me checked in. I got a TINY room (see the difference in the photo) Also, it was confusing trying to checkout because our names didn’t match the room numbers… if they’re going to ask for an ID, they need to look at it! "

"I paid extra taxes and fees with Expedia when made reservation online. When I checked out I was asked for more taxes and fees which came to 79 Eros I paid it. I should have questioned that. Then the next morning the Concierge asked for more ‘City Fees and taxes of another 29 Euros. No time to argue car waiting for me to go to airport. I refused to pay it and left. Check those fees I think I was charged 2x for the same thing. "
