「En vacances avec notre petit bout de 4 mois, nous avions besoin de calme et le gite d'Irène nous a apporté tout le calme dont nous avions besoin. De plus, sa localisation permet de visiter quelques villes très sympathiques à environ 1h30. Nous recommandons de visiter Nanteuil, un joli village à 20 min du gîte.」

「The gite was wonderful, everthing possible was there for the guests use….torch, matches, cleaning products, extra toilet rolls etc. We were welcomed with the most amazing pack of food products including beer & wine. The bed is super comfortable with additional blankets if needed, the large shower is great as well. The area/local towns were a little too quiet for us but we made the most of it….and it is out of season. 」

De beaux moments de partages familiaux et de repos au frais avec ce temps chaud ! Plusieurs plans d’eau permettant la baignade on régalés petits et grands. Et enfin un grand merci à notre hôte qui a pris le temps de nous raconter l’histoire de ce manoir et nous donner de bons conseils pour visiter la région.」

「Voici un résumé de nos 3 semaines de location dans ce gîte : - Extérieur dangereux - Jardin partagé avec 2 autres locations, des tentes dans le jardin et des chiens de garde - Omniprésence de la propriétaire - Saleté - Équipement vétuste - Contrairement à ce que nous a affirmé la propriétaire, le jardin n'est pas du tout privatif, il est commun à 3 locations ! Avec les locataires à l'année de la maison attenante, par chance très gentils,et les locataires du gîte mitoyen, dans notre cas 6...

「We are in our 60’s so was looking for a relaxing and quiet holiday, which we got especially with the swimming pool but unfortunately the weather was not great, which no one can control. It is comfortable but it was only the 2 of us. Chantal is very helpful and friendly and everything you need for your stay. Although her house is opposite the cottage she gives you your privacy. 」

「We all loved our time at Nicholas’ house. There is so much to do at the house and it is surrounded by a wall which makes it very easy to be with young families. We picked the vegetables and fruit, fed the chickens and absolutely loved spending time in the river. The pool is beautiful and the house is homely and elegant with everything you need for a happy and easy stay. Nicholas was extremely communicative and kind. We would love to come back again as a group or with others - thank you so much.」

「We have just spent a wonderful fourteen days staying in this impressive place. It was clean, very well equipped and fit for purpose. The courtyard with covered dining area and “plancha grill” for outdoor cooking were a great bonus. An impressive garden and plunge pool was also most appreciated. The host, Jo, was available personally or by phone to answer any questions. Her advice and guidance on local events and places to visit was invaluable. We look forward to returning soon. Ian.」
