Pros: This property was nice, clean, updated, trendy, and spacious (I stayed in a suite), and the staff was friendly.
Cons: This area was not very walkable, and I was unsure how safe the overall area was. A (very kind) homeless man was outside the hotel at 5 a.m. when I went to let my dog out, and I had seen several others in the area throughout my stay. Several access points (near the dog area & the outdoor lounge) were open at all times, so there were possible safety concerns for some. The only thing that frustrated me was the internet was not working, so neither were the TVs (they used Roku). They had been in touch with Spectrum but were very nonchalant about the whole thing while I sat in a hotel room for two days with absolutely nothing to do (I was there due to Hurricane Helene). Because of this, I had to switch hotels. I don't think they were letting new visitors know (or at least they didn't let me know), which I didn't appreciate.
