190 St. Philip Street is a traditional Charleston home located just one block to King Street. The main floor has an open living room adjoining the bright kitchen complete with open shelving and a custom banquet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with king beds, each with their own ensuite. Just off the front porch is an open patio for relaxing after a full day of shopping and exploring downtown Charleston. 190 St. Philip Street is in a wonderful location just steps to Browns Court Bakery, The Warehouse, and multiple local boutique shops. Within a thirty-minute walk of 190 St. Philip Street you can visit the Battery, Charleston's Open-Air Market, King Street's finest shops, and dine in any of downtowns astounding restaurants.

Loved location and condition of property ! The bedrooms very well appointed along with in suite bathrooms in excellent design & condition . The mattresses extremely comfortable ! It was a perfect setup with two master suites. The home was clean and very welcoming. The location was perfect for walking and enjoying King Street and the surrounding areas. The location is in the heart of the town, so the city noise comes with the perfect location. The property management was very professional and easy to communicate with.

Stayed here with three of my business associates for an event we had in town. Home was clean and cute. Pictures are accurate. Front door was difficult to lock and took a while to figure out that it has to be in a certain spot for it to latch. Sure it has something to do with the age of the house. Overall cute place and would stay again.
