" Ok, there is both good and bad with this Hotel. Let's start out with the good. The price was good. The room was clean. The room looked nice. The décor was nice. The view from the Balcony in my room was nice, but the view really depended on the weather. if the weather was bad, you could not see the mountains and were just stuck seeing other buildings It had hot water and decent water pressure. "Beautiful property and amazing hospitality. We were only here for 2 nights but felt right at home. Frankie took care of everything even before we arrived to Zhangjiajie and arranged for our entire trip from start to finish, including daily transport in and out of the park, and our wonderful dinner one of the nights. We even sang karaoke on our last night. Its a lot of fun! I highly recommend if anyone is considering. The west entrance is also quiet and away from the crowds for a quiet retreat."

"If you want to stay in the country side with no room service, no restaurant, outdoor bathroom (which I don’t recommend in the winter) then this is the hotel for you. It is probably not the best option for tourists that are visiting Zhangjiajie as it in an isolated area. The hotel itself is clean, and the views are amazing! It was a good experience but it wasn’t what I had hoped."

"We stayed at this hotel for one night. The location is perfect for exploring Zhangjiajie national scenic park. It’s a 5 minute walk to restaurants, 10 min drive to the park entrance, and the staff were so lovely. They provided a map of the park and explained all that there is to do in that area. They also picked me up from the train station promptly and to/from the main entrance to the park the following day. The breakfast was also amazing! "

"It was the most frustrating hotel for years of my experience. Which is 50 countries, 180 cities, over 300 hotels. No telephone, iron, TV set in the room. It is very cold in the whole motel. Only two rooms were occupied inc ours. Cheapest sleepers one can imagine. Meal was better in chinese university, where i studied 30 years ago. Dead bird and cigarettes at balcony.
