"We live in the city and are urban people. We also enjoy older homes, so we greatly appreciated the location and quality of the buildings. The reception area is warm and inviting, and the Grossmans restaurant attached to this hotel was a big bonus, as we enjoyed a nice lunch with their spacious outdoor seating. The entire area has character and charm. (With that said, I think it's appropriate to note that it is next to a railroad station, so there is a bit of transience. This does not bother us, but the dynamic scene and some street noise may not be for everyone.) But: back to our room and experience. We really liked our room with the balcony overlooking the courtyard in the newer of the two buildings. Some may prefer to be in the original building but I didn't see the rooms there. Parking was very easy. Staff was helpful. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Good location in Santa Rosa. The property is clean. The exercise facility clean and adequate. Check in very easy. Room very comfortable with a bigger fridge and including a microwave. Fairly quiet as well. GREAT price point. Would definitely stay here again while visiting family. "
