「The front deck gentleman was extremely rude! He stated that since I’m a “local” I’d charged a $200 dollar deposit vs a non-local charge of $100. I’m a frequent customer as a fire victim an I’ve recently moved to the East bay. I’ve always had great experiences with the Sandman hotel. 「The breakfast is okay but it is lacking in some amenities. Other than that, the stay here is always good. Parking is a little tight. You don't really hear the freeway even though it is very close.」

I especially commend the young lady who was able to move things around to let me check in 1.5 hr early as I had to change and get to a wedding before the check in time. She was so professional and kind! The only draw back was late night noise, which quieted down around midnight. 」
