「Location has great views, nice pool, friendly and helpful staff」

「Der Blick ist grandios und entschädigt für vieles. Allerdings ist die Bezahlung bei Ankunft extrem gewöhnungsbedürftig. Sehr negativ ist die Warmwasseraufbereitung mittels Ölheizung zu nennen. Diese läuft ununterbrochen und stinkt auf dem Balkon penetrant nach Diesel, als ob man neben einem LKW sitzt. Auf Nachfrage wurde von der Rezeption abgewiegelt und auf vorbeifahrende Lastautos verwiesen. Erst meine Eigeninitiative brachte Linderung.」

「The modernization of this old property is incredible. It still keeps all of its charm without being too flashy. Welcome gifts waited in the room for me with handwritten notes. Walk to town in 2-3 minutes. Could not recommend more.」

「We had a lovely stay. The views and pool were lovely. Great location for a beach and taverna, 40 min walk or €10 taxi to lixouri with lots of nice restaurants and shops. The villa needs a little TLC in some of the outside areas, but this didn’t affect our say. Good communication with the owner. Good size bedrooms and nice and clean. We had a lovely holiday.」

「This was our second visit to Villa Alaties and it was as good as the first. The villa is all you could want - clean, comfortable beds and sitting area, well equipped kitchen and large tables for both indoor and outdoor eating. Very helpful people from IPS to ensure everything works well and an amazing welcome platter from the restaurant Picnic. Perfect holiday. and delicious wine to buy runs beeb 」

「An excellent place to stay, close to the Airport and to Lassi and Agostoli. The hotel is perfect for a relaxing break by the pool / beach with dinner options in nearby towns or on site. The views from the hotel are as good as the pictures suggest. Would recommend 」
