“The property is a period house and the owner Chris has kept it to that style, very clean with a excellent breakfast cooked to perfection by Chris with a wide and varied choice of food. Whitwell is a designated dark sky area with some very pretty houses lots of thatched roofs,the local pub is only a few minutes walk and well worth a visit,the food is excellent. I would definitely recommend a stay at Kingsmede ,it fulfilled all my wife and I hopes”

“Our experience at this hotel was excellent. The lady assisting us to check in was very nice. She showed us around the hotel facilities and gave my kids swimming toys. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel had three swimming pool, one indoor and two outdoor. My kids really enjoyed the pool. In addition, the included breakfast was delicious. This hotel definitely deserves that we come back.”

Accommodating our travels. Our Labrador went he had a beautiful time who is nearly 8 years old. The staff are so friendly towards Noah. “We had a wonderful time here during our stay on the Isle of Wight - the BnB is ran by a lovely couple who catered a tasty fresh breakfast for us each morning. The beds are extrenely comfortable in peaceful rooms - would highly recommend for anyone looking to explore the island. Meeting their adorable rescue dog was a treat too! ”
