「Il posto è molto bello , silenzioso e con una vista meravigliosa!! Gli alloggi sono molto ben curati e particolari e i bungalow che danno sulla valle sono sicuramente i più belli e suggestivi!! 「This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). 「The apartment is great but getting back to apartment is a long walk with stairs, not easy for old age. Otherwise，everything is great and comfortable. 」

「The apartment was amazing with great views of the Matterhorn and a very large space, with lounge, dinning area, lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 upstairs) and 2 bathrooms, with 4 terraces. There is also a lift to your front door. The staff were great and very helpful and the facilities looked good, although we didn't have time to use them. I would have loved to give the apartment 5 stars, but like the hotel, it needs a bit of maintenance with the blinds, windows and light fittings.」

「Das zugewiesene Comfort-Zimmer war ein besseres Kellerloch, praktisch ohne Fenster - unglaublich, dass ein 5-Sterne-Hotel sowas überhaupt anbietet. Immerhin wurde anstandslos ein anderes Zimmer offeriert, zwar kleiner aber mit anständigem Fenster mit Sicht auf Berg und Himmel. Etwas teuer auch 30Euro/Tag Parkgebühr im hoteleigenen Garage. Sehr unangenehm ein relativ heftiger Durchzug jeweils im leicht verengten Treppengang zu Restaurants und unserem Zimmer. Ausgezeichnetes...

"The room is very neat and tidy. Room temperature is perfect and you could enjoy snowy view from window towards the backyard. We booked our stay with breakfast included and there are sufficient options for our breakfast. The hotel is maintained decently and staff are welcoming. You could get all you need from the room."
