「Our stay at the Grano De Oro was one of the most enjoyable stays we have had anywhere. The hotel is beautiful but unpretentious, the staff is amazingly helpful, the restaurant is superb and the room was clean, comfortable and attractive. 「I arrived later night, the front desk person was called by knocking the door to process my room. Unfortunately they said there is no king size bed which I paid for. I had to sleep since next early morning had meeting,so no time to complain for 2 queen beds. Next day I asked again for king size, they changed my room to king size room.
