「We were pleasantly surprised by the house as soon as we pulled up, and the stay was very pleasant. The management was very responsive and helpful, and they provided all the amenities we needed to cook, including a barbecue, which we enjoyed. The quality of the house felt high for the price, and the house was within walking distance to shops and a large grocery store. Solid all around - we wished we had more time to stay there!」

「It very relaxing at the rydal cottage」

「What a beautiful property. With fireplaces and multiple sitting areas we were spoilt for choice of where to hang out. We had a large group and had a wonderful dinner that we cooked onsite. We were all able to sit at one of the large dining areas comfortably, then had a few wines in one of the sitting rooms. The house is in a great location and Wendy and Wayne were very helpful with our requests. The welcome platter was a lovely surprise. We would definitely be happy to stay again.」

「It was easy to relax within the Pit and George environment. Mark and Sandra provide excellent service and hospitality. The meal they created for our first night was both delicious and healthy. We had enough food to stretch over 2 meals. Much of the produce is either sourced from the garden or locally. 「Pine Needle Cottage was nice and clean and we had most of our needs met. We were disappointed that we couldn't sit outside at the fire pit as pictured in the booking photos. The only other problem was no dry wood to light the inside fire which was disappointing. Overall the cottage was clean and tidy.」
