「酒店很新很干净，本来订的大床房，但第一天入住的时候太晚只有双床房，第二天就给我换回来，不太会西班牙语，服务员也可以很耐心的给我解释，下次还会再来，好评」

「The staff are very friendly and helpful. They provide good English service. Room service is thoughtful and change clean sheets everyday unlike in the US!!! It's a little inconvenient if you arrive late because the entrance to the lobby needs keycard to open, I arrived late and I couldn't get in and was lost for a while.」

「Siempre llego a este hotel tiene una magnífica ubicación y atención Excepto esta vez que me quedé atrapado en el elevador por media hora y pues me estrese mucho por que padezco de claustrofobia Cuando ya pudieron abrir el elevador lo único que me ofrecieron fue un té No me ofrecieron checar la presión o que me viera algún médico Afortunadamente solo se me subió un poco la presión y no pasó a mayores 」

「The breakfast buffet is a must it has a great variety with a good price! The dinner menu needs to be revised not too many options and not very filling. The restaurant delivers with an amazing view of El Zocalo. The lobby is spectacular from the champagne greeting to the stain glass ceiling views. Stayed here for New Years and their event package is well worth it. I had an amazing time.」
