「The staff is very friendly and always makes me feel at home. The suites are spacious and attractive as well as functional with full kitchens. The gym is big enough, and kept at a cool temperature, which is much better than most hotel gyms. But this spring stay was disappointing. They had switched their HVAC system to Cooling, and it couldn't heat, even though it was quite chilly. I wasn't warned before booking, and not even when I registered at the desk. 「The apartment is in a "not so great" neighbourhood, but it's not as scary as some of what the other reviews said. You do feel a bit unsafe late at night, but there's a nice Texan/Mexican restaurant just 3 mins walk from the apartment. Food there was nice. 「Very close to RR Airport about 20m drive thus you could hear airplane noise frequently during daytime. While it’s much less at night to barely hear them. 「Our three night stay was perfect! Highly recommend for anyone visiting DC, but especially sports fans. Easy to walk to the Nats ballpark and soccer stadium. Easy train ride to Capitals game. Pretty easy to get to Capitol Hill and the National Mall too. Room was clean, well equipped, staff was so friendly and helpful. Tons of restaurant options and Whole Foods and CVS both are an easy walk. Wish we could have stayed longer! 」
