「We enjoyed our stay at the Old Mill. We rented the street-level apartment which was perfect for the four of us. The kids enjoye d the toys and we all had fun playing some board games. The place was very clean. There were some Asian beetles present but this was not unique to just this property. We saw them everywhere we went around Shell Rock, Waverly, Cedar Falls, etc. Just that time of the year. We would definitely stay again. saw them everyhey were 」

「The house has an amazing history; is filled with period antiques including circa 1860’s pump organs, and a Geo Prince melodeon. It’s a true treasure in a historical area of Iowa. Close to Meredith Wilson museum and a walking distance from Frank Lloyd Wright’s only hotel (a must see!) Breakfast was superb and make from scratch. 「I could tell that the property was clean, and they had breakfast service starting at six am. That was very convenient since I had to leave at 6:30 am. I didn't like the receptionist's attitude much. She wasn't polite at all, and when she finished the card transaction, she threw the car to the counter instead of giving it to me in my hand. I checked in at six pm on Sunday, January 5th.」

「Booked this property when we visited for my nephew’s wedding. Everything was amazing! Exactly as described. We had a group of several family members who enjoyed all of the areas to sit and visit. Very comfortable home in a nice quiet area. We had everything we needed and the communication with our host was outstanding! I would definitely recommend this property!!」
