「The place was very clean and the location to lake rathbun is within five minutes. Owner was very nice and easy to get ahold of. We had no issues with our stay here. 」

「I never made it to the property. I was on my way to a funeral and got stuck in Chicago. These people have a big heart and actually helped me with a refund even though they didn’t have too. It speaks volumes on actually caring of others. I would highly recommend any of there properties.」

「Super clean, lots of room, pool was well heated, everything we needed was there, kids loved watching the cows graze behind the fence! Thank you Danielle for all you did!」

「This was a nice home for a weekend getaway with the family. We've stayed at these homes a few times now and have had fun each time. The pool is always nice and the night skies are always spectacular. The only minor things were that it can be loud since it's mostly hard surfaces, and could have been a bit more clean before we arrived. Also it appeared that there weren't any chlorine tablets in the pool? Could be wrong on that. But again, overall, we enjoy our time in these houses in the...

After our first night, they swapped out the towels but did nothing else, I.e., replenish cups, trash, make bed, etc. After the second night, nothing was done, not even fresh towels. It appeared the room had been untouched. And it was not a busy time for the motel.」

「Not our first stay here, we have family nearby. We love the convenience of the location. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are super clean and well appointed, the queen suite, room 306, has a nice mini kitchen and perfect for us. 」
