「Unfortunately for the hotel and me I arrived as the heavens opened. This was compounded by there being no available hotel parking. On returning from public car park soaking wet I was told the dining room would not be opening. I had invited two guests and pre booked a table for three. No compensation was offered. The helpful receptionist got us into a nearby (excellent) Thai restaurant. The room was excellent.」

「This price is not worth it. We booked one night, when we arrived at the hotel, there keycard system something wrong, we got the room without keycard for few hours, really inconvenient. We went to swimming pool, though the door without keycard, so we can’t entre, we back to reception again, after that we were waiting for the leisure reception staff a long time, really angry about it.」

Free parking round the back on Talbot Street. Half to a third the price of Travelodge and Premier Inn but five times the atmosphere. Only gripe was no kettle and tea or coffee in the room so I took my own. 」
