"Great location for shopping at Albrook Mall, however it is a little out of the way when you have multiple bags so suggest you walk with a luggage for shopping. There was also a smell of glue/ paint from elevator to room while i was there and seems work was being done in neighbouring rooms. However rooms were great and clean throughout."

"Lovely grounds & beautiful pool. Staff could not have been more helpful. When they were told that I needed a fridge for medical purposes, they immediately brought one to our room. Everything was immaculate. There were plenty of lights & sockets. Super friendly & warm reception desk. Great breakfast. Nice soups and salads for lunch or dinner. Great shuttle service which operates frequently & upon request. Will also pick-up @ airport. Would highly recommend."

"The breakfast was just okay. Minimal choices but then again it is food so beggars can't be choosers. Room is very clean and nice. The beds are incredibly firm though. Staff was really helpful when it came to cleaning up the room and getting extra towels. The chirping birds did wake me up kind of early. Now what was really great about this hotel is where it's located with all of the food choices, souvenir shops and activities. We tried something new to eat every day! I love the convenience of the souvenir shops to get all my goodies to take home. It wasn't a far Uber drive to get into the city and explore either. Very quick and convenient pick ups. "
