「Good location」

「Our stay at Carmen and Paola's apartment was simply fantastic. They were very flexible with check in, and allowed us to check in early to drop off luggage. The property was clean and spacious for our family of 4. The location was excellent, only 5 minutes from Piazza San Marco and Rialto, yet very quiet. An amazing view over the canal put this place over the top for us. I highly recommend this home for anyone coming to Venezia!」

「The owners have gone all out with their renovations. Exceptional value! Recommend at least 3 full day minimum. Luigi and Jane coordinated our water taxi to and from the train station to their water gate right at the property courtyard entrance. Perfect stay for three couples. We think Venice is the most amazing city in Europe.」

「La estancia es linda con una cama decente. Es algo pequeña pero tiene vista al canal. El baño es maravilloso y la regadera Super sabrosa. En el aire funciona y tiene lo necesario. Mi mayor carencia fue que no existe Wi-Fi, y la verdad eso me afectó porque no pude revisar cosas del viaje o subir fotos para compartir con mi familia. El mayor punto de fricción fue la llegada ya que hay que ingresar un código y luego otro diferente para sacar las llaves. Pero el mensaje me lo mandaron mientras yo...

「Sergio and Flavia were great hosts. It was very easy to check in and check out. The location was amazing with the perfect balance of quiet and convenient. All the tourist areas were a maximum 10-15 minutes but many were closer. We enjoyed the terrace and the awesome view every morning and evening. This is an A++ Venice apartment. 」

「Nice size apartment with two bathrooms, sitting room, kitchen, and bedroom (with a bathroom). Nice lighting in the kitchen and sitting room with big windows overlooking a green courtyard. Very private location and walking distance to all the sites in Venice. Off a great bustling square, but down an alleyway where it is quiet and private. Restaurants everywhere. The kitchen and bathrooms could use a deep cleaning. Other than that, it is a great place.」

「Beautiful property. Stayed with kids, siblings and parents splitting the two apartments-which allowed for private space but living rooms were large enough to accommodate the group. Stairs were a little tough for the elders but manageable. Happy with location and accommodation! 」

「Lovely apartment! And Giovanni was so nice! There was a problem with the air conditioning upon arrival but he had already planned for a portable unit. Location is in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds, which is what we like. Overall, great spot! 」

「Great location in Venice. Spacious apartment. Good communication from host. Travelled with baby, so would had been nice to have high chair. 」

「The house is so beautiful and in the most amazing location. You’re close to everything but still tucked away in this little charming square away from the hustle. Our kids could run around in the square, we listened to beautiful music playing outside while we sat on our private balcony. The house itself is very comfortable with a great layout.Massimo is the perfect host- providing so much great information on what to see and do in Venice. 」
