If the cluster flies and boxelder bugs could have been sprayed to stay away. Maybe a fly swatter in the property would have been good. Fitted sheets on the mattresses and mattress pads would be nice. or clean sheets as they smelled bad. All the fragrance plug ins were overwhelming. The musty smell emanating from the sheets/mattresses was unbearable also the air from the air purifiers or their filters. We felt all in all the place suited our purpose but the odors and bugs were unbearable. It seems that there is a possibly a mold or mildew problem in unvented corners and in the basement. Lights didn't work in the master bedroom and we had to find the breaker box to reset them. When I pulled up to the property one hour early and obviously there are cameras as I received a call shortly after saying she just got the notice the place needed cleaning. I was agreeable in waiting as I knew check in was at 4pm. When I came back at 4pm, she was just arriving to clean so I couldn't gain access until 5:30. She stated at that time she was informed at 10am not 3pm that the place needed cleaning. Still, I was willing to work with it but the other things mentioned besides the slimy bathtubs, bathroom sinks, and toilets were hairy overwhelming. She asked me to give her a good rating. Sorry, I cannot.
