「We really enjoyed our stay in the modern, cottage-style property. No stairs and the fenced backyard were great perks for our young family as well as our senior-aged dog. The host was very attentive throughout the weekend. Check-in and check-out procedures were easy and well explained. I loved the detail put into the simple, yet modern decor. Blackout shades were also appreciated! My boys had a blast on the bunk bed. Our family highly recommends the property! weekend. Check-in and out 」

「Conditions were excellent. Location was great with easy access to Downtown Dyersville and very close to the Heritage Trail. Really liked the security and the interior facilities were new and clean. I really was impressed with the EV charging station, We are seasoned VRBO travelers, so we are providing a few minor suggestions: should have had Kleenex boxes available in several rooms. A clock in the bedroom and bathroom would have been a plus. A daily counter cleaning product below the sink...

「Very clean and spacious. There is lots of room for kids to run around. The owner was very responsive in helping us solve a wifi issue which turned out to be completely user error. The only reason the neighborhood gets four stars is that there is a decent bit of road noise and train sounds and also the street lights make it hard to get the rooms completely dark. It was very convenient to get to the River Museum and water park from here though!」

「Loved our stay there. Perfect location to get to the Millwork District. Also, Charlottes Coffee House is fabulous, and staying above it is great to go downstairs to get coffee, food and snacks. 」

「We had an amazing stay. Everything needed was provided and the host was very responsive The house was clean, warm and well stocked. Safe area with lot of people walking throughout the day. Very near to major attractions. Natural grocers has everything else required. Black out curtains to the rooms would be a great addition to light sleepers.」
