「It was very nice and clean. Two issues. The shower curtain smelled like an old wet towel which made the rest of the unit smell. The seams between the bedroom carpet and the kitchen floor aren’t laid down properly. Our 2 years olds foot as well as our was poked by staples or something that points up. It would be good for the owner to check on the installation. 」

「In town for Labor Day to visit family. Great little oasis to relax after full days of family time. Everything was great— clean, quiet, and well stocked. Hot tub was clean and hot (sometimes you get a warm tub instead…). There were even extra toiletries provided in case you forgot yours! No body soap/wash during our stay, which could have been an oversight at that time. Highly recommend!」

「What a stunning cabin with a perfect location. Ideal for a couple with small kids, or a couple wanting a hideaway. So beautifully arranged and very comfortable with so many options for seating, inside and out. You can sit down by the creek, out the side by the fire pit, out the back on the grass, inside on the back porch, by the fireplace in the main living space... Easy to find, perfectly hosted, 15 minutes from the city of Eau Claire, but feels like in the middle of nowhere, make this place...

「Eight women stayed for a three day weekend. The house was perfect for our needs with lots of beds and two kitchens! The setting is peaceful and beautiful. We spent one evening on the deck relaxing and listening to night noises. The flowers are stunning and much attention has been given to ensure you’ll have everything you need. We will be back!」

「Such a find - a nice, woodland property in the middle of the city! Perfect location for our grand-daughter’s visit to UW Eau Claire, and pretty close to the Otter Creek dog park for our little dog’s fun runs. The teens loved the giant TV and wrap-around couch in the ballroom-size living room! Well equipped kitchen. Only downside is that is now beside a busy highway - but well set back and hidden from the road, so you don’t hear it too much. 」

「We had a wonderful few days at this rental. The rental listed is found as detailed in the description. The walk down to the water is steep but has a nice view from the top of the hill and house. During our stay we fished from the pier, used the paddle boats and row boat provided. The lake is not super busy and relatively quiet. Hung out by the fire pit and enjoyed relaxing. The kids and adults enjoyed playing the yard games provided. We went to a few breweries and cheese places that are close....

「This place checked all the boxes for a college friend reunion. Location was very central to UW and downtown. very clean, and quaint. There are a lot of stairs to get to this apartment, so if you have knee, hip or issues with stairs, this is not a good fit for you. But this was a perfect place to stay and very clean and cute. Communication was great!」
