"The outside light was burned out, the bedroom was especially dirty. The fan was covered with so much dust you could not use it. The smoke detectors battery compartments were open with batteries in them so they were not working. The bathroom attached to bedroom had no hot water, tepid at best. The bathroom sink needed 3 lightbulbs there was one. No trash can liners or toilet tissue ( I found a third of a roll). This property is old but it seems to me it should be maintained better. "We showed up after 6pm. Beds were not cleaned or made. Dirty towels were on floor. Track can was full. Dirty dishes in sink. Bathroom not cleaned We had to strip beds, wash all sheets (and dirty towels), then out in dryer and remake beds. We had to put dirty dishes in dishwasher and run it. We had to take out thrash and wipe down bathroom. After speaking with owner, they took a miserly 50 off the rental Do not stay here"

"The property was where we needed it to be, parking was great and the home was spacious for our group of five. Unfortunately, it appeared as though no guests had been at the home for a while and a refresh cleaning was needed. The house was very dusty and we swept and wiped things down before using. There were only five small towels, no dish towels and no blankets for the sleeper sofa. The house was very much a no frills."
