Greta place to stay near the parks. Rooms were clean. Parking was easy and safe. Basic breakfast but good enough. Not much located nearby. Staff was amazing.

Best of both worlds! We spent a day in Carlsbad, NM and a day at the Caverns and didn't have to use two motels: this is right at the entrance road to the Caverns and has a fine restaurant and gas station nearby. The manager was a delightful lady who was helpful in making our stay pleasant. Great location, great staff, great place to stay!

Pics are very old. Pool and water items were defunct (no water in them!). TV was basic and had about 12 channels, and remotes weren’t set up to use any streaming. However, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. All in, it was a good stay, just very limited in options and amenities. You get what you pay for so it was a fair stay, and the staff was pleasant.

Property does not look like it does in the pictures. They must be very old. Pool was not open. No elevator to the second floor. Rooms are very outdated. Breakfast consisted of 2 one gallon jugs of milk, a gallon jug Ven of orange juice, and muffins. TV reception kept going in and out. Sketchy neighborhood. Only hotel I’ve ever stayed in where I actually got down on the floor and looked underneath the bed before I unpacked my suitcase.

We only stayed 1 night but the room was clean and very spacious. They did have a breakfast in the morning, but if you arrive late make sure you eat beforehand or bring food. The room has a small refrigerator and microwave. Bed was comfortable and we slept great. Close to Carlsbad Caverns so we checked out and spent a few hours exploring. Very convenient area and staff were friendly. Parking was great also, pleasant of spaces.

This hotel is the best place to stay if you are visiting Carlsbad Caverns National Park or Guadalupe Mountains National Park. You do have to drive into Carlsbad to eat dinner as there is nothing near the motel in White's City. It was extremely quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was just grab and go - cereal, fruit, coffee and packaged muffins - but that was fine with us and really very adequate. The staff was very nice and friendly. If you are looking for luxury, this is not for you. But it is a very nice, locally run motel that is just what we were looking for - a place to sleep in between adventures.

The room was large, clean and not bad at all! Looks a bit scary at first, but was actually a nice room. The breakfast was individually wrapped muffins, cereals and a fridge with milk and juice. Coffee was alright! I’d recommend this place for the experience and location.

A great location for Carlsbad Caverns National Park as well as Guadalupe Mountains National Park. There is not much around the property but we got what we needed in Carlsbad for a 2 night stay. Microwave and mini fridge were helpful. The room was spacious and the area was quiet. Great night sleep there. The staff who ran the office was very nice. Humble breakfast with cereal and muffins plus juice and coffee. We were especially glad to pick this location for the access to the bat flight program which happens after the park closes. This saved quite a bit of time back and forth. 30 mins from Guadalupe also made it possible for us to hike there 2 days.
