「The room was clean and big. The location is very close to the town area. The reception of this hotel is not 24/7 and it opens in the late morning (at 9am) and close at 5-8pm depending on the day. We arrived late on the first day and found out the reception was closed! It was quite scary as foreign travelers. However, we had a local sim card and found out that they had already emailed us the instruction to get into our room. So don't panic if the reception is closed when you arrive.」

It’s in a super convenient location just a quick drive away from Banff downtown and walkable for a lot of places in Canmore. An app was provided that helps with a ton of questions and hosts were responsive when the parking pass was missing. It’s well stocked with things you would need. 「The indoor parking and indoor hot tub were so nice with snow and cold temps outside! It took a little searching to find the parking entrance and then we had to figure out that the door would automatically open as you pulled up. The front desk let us know there was no ticket or charge. It was always warm walking to the car.The condo was comfortable, clean, and located near stores and food. The kitchen had everything we needed for the little cooking we did. It was very nice and quiet!」

「Lindsay’s property was the perfect spot for our family. There was plenty to do in Canmore and the location was great for skiing around Banff.
