My husband and I had a great time here! The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Our room was always cleaned, the food was great, and everyone was so kind. My only critique: they don’t offer a lot of high end liquor. Everything was pretty bottom shelf. And when will Mexico finally get seltzers?!

The actual property is not bad but the lobby front desk definitely needs an update. The photos shown on your website definitely is not the same as the actual beach on this property. We wanted a beach vacation instead we got a small lagoon type beach, I wish someone had pointed that out in the reviews. If you are looking for a resort to stay in and just use the pool or doing lots of excursions this one is fine, but if you enjoy swimming on an open beach this is not for you. The entertainment was enjoyable. Loved the magic show and the Tenors and circus acts. The food was good. The buffet was great had many tasty dishes like mango chicken, street tacos and great breakfast omelettes. Ice cream soft serve or real ice cream would be much better than the yogurt which was not tasty at all. Service at buffet was excellent, waiters were on it! The Mexican restaurant was by far the best! Brisa, Daniel and Julio were fantastic! The bar drinks were terrible, we stuck to beer after we tried a few. Also if you did not show tip money in your hand they would serve others before you, that was a bit disappointing as we have been to Sandos Playacar and Wyndham, Ibero star and Majestic and we never experienced that there. Our room was nice and spacious on the 7th floor, however it was near main road so we had to sleep with air conditioning on to cushion the noise. The room had an old used contact lens stuck on bureau near coffee maker, we complained about it and the next day it was still there.

The beach is NOT what it looks like on the picture. Its right next door to the harbor so you're smelling the boat fumes while relaxing on the "beach". As far as food...we just kept eating out, because we have never experienced such not delicious food. Buffet was like super duper not delicious. Apparently, this is stated in reviews and my son made sure to tell me daily.

I didn't find the front desk staff overly friendly (not terrible, just average) but absolutely everyone else we encountered were amazing! All food in both the Mexican and Italian restaurant was great and the buffet for EVERY meal had so many great options with everything being super fresh and delicious. I would definitely go back!

I stayed here for the second time — first time with my partner — and it was wonderful. I personally feel like you get a bang for your buck. The staff (and even other guests) absolutely adored my partner it was sometimes comical but I know he loved it. We got in a little earlier than expected but they let us check-in a couple hours early free of charge. Our flight leaving Cancun was at night but they watched our bags in the lobby and gave us a slip after we checked out so we could continue eating and drinking until our shuttle came in the late afternoon. The food was same old same old, had some constant options that weren’t bad at the buffet and it was certainly edible if anyone is concerned. The restaurants —particularly Mexico Lindo— were much better. The beach is on the smaller side but it’s way less busy than the pool so never really a problem. They were great with cleaning up the seaweed that would collect at this time of year. We would park on the beach and alternate between swimming in the pool and ocean throughout the day. The hotel is across the street from the bus that takes you to the central Hotel Zone so we got out for some fun nights. Overall, the staff was super attentive, housekeeping was great, bartenders and waiters were doing outstanding for the number of people they were serving. Shoutout to Antonio and team at Mexico Lindo for giving us a phenomenal dinner on our last night :) Wish we got out to Isla Mujeres but I’m sure we’ll be back!

Good place for a first time all inclusive trip to Cancun. Food was decent, service was excellent, super clean throughout. Small beach right on the entrance/ exit to the lagoon. Ferry docks right there. Very loud nightly entertainment so if you want to get to sleep before midnight don’t go here.
