I definitely wouldn’t recommend this resort to anyone. It’s not as they describe it. Very poor customer service. They consider themselves to be beach front, but reality their beach is very dirty and poorly maintained with few boats parked on the dock in front of their resort

Muy descuidada y muy sucias las paredes. Los pasillos y la propiedad en general muy sucia, manchas en los pasillos, la habitación, etc, lo único que parece le dan mantenimiento es la fachada. No recomiendo se hospeden ahí. Además es servicio es muy malo.

The staff was very nice and it was clean. Only one pool and one Jacuzzi, a two station buffet. The food was not good. If you like your food and you want a lot of options do not stay here otherwise it’s not a bad place.

It was family friendly. Food options had a lot of vegetables home style Mexican food. Hours of food service excellent. Speedy service. Great dinning view. House keeping was great fresh towels fresh sheets. Clean pool. Friendly staff. Near public transportation.

The food is terrible with very limited option and it was cold all the time. They have bread without toaster. The facility is old, which was fine, considering I opted for one of the cheapest package; however, washroom door was not closing, there was too much noise, mattress felt like something was wrong. The bar has limited option with limited space - including the restaurant. Only the staff are good. Chose this place only if you need a bed to sleep.

My stay at this hotel was one of the worst I've ever had. You wouldn't believe how old the building was! We couldn't even take a shower because the water was freezing cold. The parking spaces were tiny, and the small beach was overcrowded with people waiting to take the ferry. Don’t wast your time and money!

Upon arrival the staff member at check in spoke so fast I could hardly understand anything said. Then you have to see another person so they can give you a towel card and entice you to book through them any tours but this person spoke so fast as well. Slow down, The hotel itself is in a convenient location. Breakfast buffet, sounds great, if only there were choices.. I tried to pay for lunch/snack but the first time I went the staff had zero interest in attending. Too busy chatting amongst themselves and the bartender. At least two days later when I returned the staff seemed more attentive.
