We stayed (Family of 4 - kids 8 and 13) March of 2025. I will start with the positives: Resort is beautiful and well designed It was clean and the rooms were large and the bathrooms were great. The pools are great, we could always find a place for all 4 of us to sit and there are several pools to chose from. Negatives (there are a few) You need dining reservations to eat anywhere on property (which is fine as I had made all of our dining reservations prior to our arrival). You even need a reservation to eat at the buffet as well (just something to be aware of). Food was ok at best. We had reservations at a different restaurant each night we were on property. Our last night on property we had reservations at Davino. We had email confirmation but when we arrived they didnt have the reservation. However, when the hostess went to get the restaurant manager because she couldnt find our reservation, he was very rude stating "he is the only person that makes reservations for his restaurant and that he didnt make this reservation and therefore would not honor it". Here we are a family of 4 (with an email confirmation of our reservation) and he says "sorry I didnt make that reservation so I dont know what to tell you" and then he turned us away to try and figure out dinner on our own. Check out was clunky (did it the night before we left but had to do it again in the morning). Over all - ok resort, just wont be coming back as there are better places to stay in cancun.

An Unforgettable Stay! Our stay at Garza Blanca was truly exceptional, and it was made even more special by the incredible staff. From the moment we connected through Expedia, *Daniela* was amazing. She ensured that my husband’s birthday was unforgettable, going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. She is incredibly kind, polite, and genuinely cares about guests’ experiences. Every hotel needs someone like *Daniela* who runs things with such dedication! *Yuri*, our butler, was outstanding from day one. She provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities that the entire family enjoyed. Her attention to detail and commitment to making our stay seamless did not go unnoticed, she made sure we were always well-informed and comfortable. The Kids Club team, including *Karen* and *Carmen*, were phenomenal! Our kids were engaged in fun activities the entire time, and they absolutely loved being there. They never wanted to leave, which speaks volumes about how wonderful and caring the team is. *Adrian* was incredibly helpful with our suitcases and always ensured we had water. His politeness and positive attitude made our experience even better. Beyond the exceptional service, the beach was pristine and well-maintained, making it a perfect spot to relax. Our room had breathtaking views, adding to the luxury of our stay. The restaurants were elegant and offered a wide selection of delicious, well-presented food. Every meal was a treat

The hotel was very packed when I visited, so I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it, but the service at the pool and the beach was horrible. There were no umbrellas available at the beach. Plus when I would finally find someone to order food and drinks, they would get the orders all wrong. For the price of this hotel, I didn't think it was worth the value. Additionally, I booked an ocean view 1 bedroom suite, but the views are more like partial ocean views. When you look outside, you're looking at the building across the way, not at the ocean. At least, provide an accurate description!

New resort, helpful staff, family oriented, large option of restaurants You have to get reservations for dining which was little frustrating since most of the tables were empty but they restricted and it’s almost impossible to get reservations in advance of your trip.

Gorgeous place! Had a 2 bedroom suite. Loved everything about it-wonderful friendly staff, very clean, restaurants were delicious, beautiful modern decor, spacious balcony with comfortable hammock, spa is wonderful & beautiful. pools & beach are gorgeous. Adults only rooftop pool was usually a peaceful oasis (depending on the type of crowd there), away from screaming kids, and service there was great too. Would love to return. Only slight downside was the room setup- a little awkward for us as we were traveling with our adult kids & significant others, and bathroom is wide open to bedroom with a clear glass shower- hard to have privacy. Didn’t spoil anything for us, just had to move around in the room a bit to give each other space. Wish I was still there! Loved our stay!

Resort is pretty, pools are clean and the beach is beautiful. But it was one of the most stressful vacations by far. despite getting an all-inclusive option i was struggling to get my family fed as all restaurants require reservations aside from breakfast buffet . So we ended only being able to eat dinner 2/5 nights here. If you have kids word of advice plan all your meals with pre-arrival concierge. One night we were told to go to the nearby resort for dinner buffet-style, so we did. And one of my family members had the most horrific gastroenteritis for 24 hours. We have notified concierge so they could pass it along to the management. They also tried to charge me extra 800$ for one of the kids being 15 and hence considered an adult. Everything was booked via expedia where ages of kids are specified so we fought this one and won. Overall i would NOT recommend this resort to anyone who wants to relax and who has kids. Most stressful all-inclusive experience in my life.
