「I tried to reached to them a week before my travel to get some information about the transport options to the hotel nobody responded i was already heading towards the hotel when i received an email in italian with useless information. On the day of arrival at reception they told me most of the facilities are closed including the restaurant none of this was mentioned while i made the bookings. 「We arrived about 1-1.5 hours ahead of checkin and they were able to accommodate us which was nice. The checkin staff was friendly and our room was beautiful with space and a jacuzzi shower which was a plus. Our room was only stocked with 2 pillows so when we requested 2 more, they were brought up with speed. That being said, the pillows and bed were flat. That’s something we’ve come to notice is very common in Italy so although we didn’t enjoy that, it’s all preference. What we really didn’t...
