「Beautiful home」

「Check in was a nightmare. Family was supposed to meet host at airport with a cot - but he was no where to be found. Directions to villa were very scattered but finally arrived met by housekeeper and shown around the villa. It was old and in need of some updating but very comfortable for our party of 10. Beds and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Pool was lovely although it was still warm enough to swim in the sea. All in all a wonderful holiday.」

「Beyond expectations, location, location, location of course with that front row seat view of Etna across the bay but the property itself was much larger than expected from the photos. Lots of outdoor and indoor space well designed clean bright and airy. The host was very easy to work with and the whole process was seamless. 」

「Giovanni was a wonderful host! The home was very spacious and filled with fascinating antiques. It is about a 20 minute walk to the historic center and about 10 minutes from the bus station. We chose the bus, but walking to the apartment was a bit challenging so when we left, we chose a taxi to the train station. This neighborhood in Cantania is very safe, but undergoing a lot of renovation. This includes the building of this apartment too. There are 4 flights of steps to climb when entering...

「Very large apartment and all the comforts of home. Close to metro and grocery stores. The big outdoor market is about a 15 to 20 minute walk. We did walk to and from the historical area, but better to take the metro. We are seniors in our mid seventies. Our 50 year old son joined us. We did a tour to Mount Etna, the hike on the mountain was wonderful. We also cooked most meals at home, the kitchen was great.」

Tout est mis à notre disposition pour passer un bon séjour. La piscine entièrement rénovée est juste formidable, avec son tobogan, bouée et ballon... elle a fait le bonheur des enfants ... et des parents aussi...

「Awesome little apartment in central Catania! The apartment was super clean and welcoming. It is within walking distance to everything, which was great!!!! I'd stay here again in a heart beat!!!」

「die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr abseits, dafür hat man aber seine Ruhe. Man ist auf ein Fahrzeug angewiesen. Ricardo als privater Vermieter war immer erreichbar, hilfreich und total zuverlässig. Die Wohnung war groß, sauber und hatte alles was man benötigte vor Ort. Wir haben 14 Tage dort verbracht und handn uns wohl gefühlt. Danke Ricardo für den tollen Urlaub.」

「Delizioso monolocale con bellissimo giardino privato a pochi passi da Piazza Duomo, dotato di ogni comfort. Sala da bagno funzionalissima, di grande metratura con sanitari e rubinetterie di pregio. 「Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno. La casa è molto grande e comoda, la piscina abbastanza grande per tutti. Suggerirei la ristrutturazione dei locali sottostanti, poiché nelle stanze presenti nelle foto è possibile soggiornare solamente in 8. Inoltre qualche piccolo intervento di manutenzione, per rimodernare i locali, sarebbe utile, ma non indispensabile. Soggiorno consigliato.」

「struttura ubicata in un palazzo d'epoca su via Etnea : la posizione è eccezionale. Organizzata con reception presidiata 12 ore al giorno e sistema di self checkin per arrivi in orari diversi.
