「Great time!」

「This was our second stay at the Mews because we loved it so much the first time. It is the perfect, cozy refuge to enjoy the beautiful sights of Kilkenny. Mel is a wonderful hostess and was very prompt to respond to our questions and needs. A++」

「This was a very lovely house, however there was an oil leak with a VERY STRONG ODOR !! This odor gave me a headache. The owner was aware of this problem because her son came over shortly after we arrived, said that they would get someone out to repair it but after 4 nights it was not repaired.. The electric tea kettle had so much red liquid sediment in it I was afraid to use it .. The liquid hand soap dispenser was almost empty in the bathroom. No extra toilet paper was provided.」

「We originally booked a 1 bedroom but the night before we got there we were told that wasn’t available and we were being given a different unit. I felt uncomfortable with that at such late notice but the house we were given was much larger and grander. The location was perfect for our stay and travels. The owner was kind and helpful. They have a family farm and were working a lot so we appreciated his time. The views are pretty and it was very peaceful.」

「Two day break from hotels. Fantastic rest stop, so able to do laundry and eat in Kilkenny town. Host Mel has a set a high standard of decor n amenities too. Definitely a 10 score 」

「Nore View House was warm, cosy and homely. Just what we needed on a December break. Fergus was a helpful and welcoming host. I would love to return for a longer break with a bunch of friends」

「Bolans Holiday House is a comfortable house in Thomastown. The house was spotless and check in was very easy. The owner’s brother met us at the house and explained everything we needed to know. He had also stocked some essentials like bread, butter, ham, milk, cookies, and even a bottle of wine, to be used during our stay. This was very thoughtful and saved us from having to head to a supermarket as soon as we arrived.」

「This is without a doubt the most gorgeous place I have ever stayed....that includes five star luxury hotels. I am a long-time solo traveler and have stayed in all kinds of rentals and hotels through the years. After arriving, I wished I could just just stay in and enjoy the place rather than continue with my travel plans. That would be a great idea for an Irish staycation. The décor and attention to detail is out of this world. Everywhere I looked was a beautiful decorative detail. After weeks...

「The property was exceptionally clean, nice, upscale, and had free parking. I also had trouble with not getting the correct converter plug before traveling, and they had just what I needed in the hotel lobby for a reasonable price. Restaurant/bar was a great retreat after an evening out as well. 」
