“因为一个房间不够住，第二天又加了一个房间，但是第二个房间有一整天都没有热水洗澡，跟酒店前台反映，就只会说sorry.不满意。还好我们有另外一个房间可以洗澡，如果只订了一个房间的客户怎么办？连换房间的话都没说。”

“Room door were bad. It didnt lock properly air kept moving the doors and they changed my room at 1 am at night and one day i cudnt figure out what was happening ”

“6 -10 minutes walking distance to supermarket. Few homeless people 3 blocks away. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful except forgot to give me a morning call on Oct 12, 2023 which l had requested the day before ( late afternoon on Oct 11 ). Recommend to stay at rooms with the river view because the other side of the building has a nearly Fire Rescue Station, quite noisy. ”

“The staff were all nice, approachable, and very accommodating. The rooms were acceptable but needed a little more attention when it comes to cleaning. Parking was somewhat challenging since it is shared public and hotel parking, and you really risk parking there due to the area. Just don't leave anything valuable in your car. The location is close to all amenities, which is convenient. You just need to be cautious, as there are some "homeless" people constantly hanging around. Overall, our stay……
