「A great place to stay to enjoy the famous Clearwater Beach. The beach area just steps from the cottage is lovely and very close to all central amenities. Clean, tidy, well stocked including beach chairs, umbrella, toys for kids etc. host great to deal with and responds promptly. Would love to return after the area recovers from the recent hurricanes, which I'm sure won't be long, to see it in it's true glory again.」

「The cottage is very clean and equipped with everything you need. Chairs, parasols, coolers and everything you need on the beach are stored outside in a shed. The shower outside is also very nice, you don't bring sand in with you. Also outside, the washing machine and dryer are housed in another shed. There is a parking space available in front of the house where two cars can park. Stacy, the host, is very nice. She was always available and gave us good tips. Unfortunately, Hurricane Helene...

「We stayed at the house shortly after 2 hurricanes moved through the area! The house manager contacted us thru text and photos and assured us the house was ready. It sure was it was clean beautiful and in a perfect spot to relax. Thank you it was a wonderful weekend!! 」

「We stayed at this incredible property for a short family getaway. It was comfortable and spacious enough for our family of six. The backyard oasis complete with spa area, sandy beach seating area, and picnic table was a nice touch. Our hosts were extremely responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance. Great property in a quiet neighborhood with many amenities!」

「The house was awesome. There was a total of 10 people and plenty of sleeping space for matter of fact there were beds that didn’t get used. The pool was wonderful clean. There were plenty of kids beach and pool toys a beach wagon and umbrellas. We couldn’t ask for anything better. And to top it off our flight left late and Alan I accommodated us for check out. This was our 2nd year staying in one of Alan’s houses and we’ll be back next year 」
