「Ein Juwel außerhalb von Dumaguete. Das Resort hat nur vier Zimmer / Suiten. Sehr groß, sehr sauber. In dem schönen Garten befindet sich der Pool sowie in einem separaten Gebäude die Reception, Küche und Restaurant. Sehr ruhige ( und etwas abgelegene Lage). Allerdings kein Problem, der sehr oft fahrende Bus ist in drei Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das gesamte Team, dass unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit ist. Ich habe so viele Tipps bekommen wie was zu machen ist...

「That place is horrible the day i came there the maid told me the door has no key and she said if I'm going somewhere just leave the door unlock and bring my important stuff like really? The place is so dirty smells horrible the ac was dripping water inside there's water all over on the floor bathroom is nasty the firts night stayed there is horrible and i feel unsafe. So ended of staying into a different place. What a waste of money..their advertisement is not true that place is horrible.」

「The owner "Marylin" did not honor any of the amenities described by the booking description under Expedia. Left one day early due to the inconvenience and misrepresentation. Would highly not recommend.」

「Great location on the beach but not such a great neighborhood.」

「Very friendly staff. The restaurant next door was closed for a remodel but we were able to buy food at a store and cook there. Very close to Kawasan falls. Great view and relaxing with no loud noises.」

「This place was great. We enjoyed the staff, they were so helpful with everything. The food in the restaurant was amazing. The place is a little far but once you get there it’s greatly appreciated. It sits right on the ocean and the view is spectacular!!! They rent motorbikes so it’s easy to get around and visit waterfalls. The rooms are a great size and very clean. I recommend this place to any traveller!」

「The sink in the room next to the coffee maker was great. Nice small balcony. Comfortable bed and pillows. A foot-washing tub. And the staff kindly brought Lysol spray when the trash smoke from the neighborhood was too much for my sensitive nose. An airport shuttle service is the only thing lacking.」

Beautiful setting

"The hotel was beautiful although not quite ‘zen’ as the name suggests. The hotel seemed to have a deal with tour groups so there was constant bus loads of tourist groups coming through which turned the bar into a bubbling tourist spot with people pushing and shoving your tables and drinks rather than a relaxing place to enjoy your drink as the sun went down. Seems like the hotel needs to work on their zen vibe. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable beds and a good size. Cleanliness was ok but inconsistent, once our door was left open which was a security risk especially because of the sheer volume of non-guests staying there! Food was mainly good although issues with meat in food despite informing them of vegetarian diets. You have to prebook the breakfast in the morning so they can have the food ready for you but a few times we came in the morning and had to wait over half an hour for our breakfast - no apologies. It was a very inconsistent service! Bar staff at the pool had good consistent customer service. There was one lady at the reception that was always friendly and worked really hard to resolve problems, so we appreciate her help a lot! The manager was also very helpful and accommodating so thank you to her! "
