It has been superbly renovated, is absolutely immaculate and has every appliance you need.The location is perfect for a great shop and a few pubs within walking distance and just a short drive to Ballyliffin and other local beauty spots. “Loved this cottage with history. We stayed in Rodden (not Owl) cottage, on the same property, and it was delightful. Lots of stone and heavy timbers, beautiful updating recently. A storm had knocked out water to Owl, so our host offered us Rodden, very accommodating. Only complaint was the fuel oil smell in the downstairs bedroom.”

“Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war super! Wir wurden in der kleinen Ferienwohnung sehr herzlich empfangen. Besonders herausragend war die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Küche. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Zudem kann ein kleiner Supermarkt mit einem Laufweg von 5min erreicht werden. Die Umgebung ist toll und die Strände sind sehr sehenswert.”

“This was a lovely spot. The accomodation was basic but really all that is needed. We did not have any hot water for all our stay however. We called (no answer) and left a message (no reply). This was a bit disappointing. The bunk beds look practical but with one person on the bottom bunk and one on the top sleep was hard as everytime one of us moved the bed would creek and wobble. ”
