I wanted to love my stay at this hotel, aesthetically the property is gorgeous and the staff is lovely. It's also in a great location, close to public transportation, dining options, and stores.
Unfortunately, the hotel did not have hot water for several days of my stay, this was not communicated to the guest by the staff, I had to check with the front desk every day for an update, and I also wasn't offered an alternative for showering.
The rooms do not have phones, so if you need something from the front desk( which is not staffed over night) , your only option is to go to the desk .
The hotel is also in a residential building, it's on the 3rd floor , and the residents of the building were extremely rude ( you can tell that they do not like having to share their space with a hotel). My room also smelled very heavily of cigarettes bc the person who lives above my room, smoked on their balcony.
