「I enjoyed the delicious food. the staff are very polite and hospitable. the bed was very comfortable. the breakfast was good. The sauna was amazing as well as the jacuzzi and pool. It actually felt like being at home. Nothing was too much bother for the staff. 」

「Overall a good stay. The staff were great and we enjoyed a coffee and cake in the bar. However, a little disappointed that my 12 year old son wasn't allowed to use the whirlpool. Would have been useful to know this when booking - couldnt see it on the website.」

Love it. Perfect location hotel.

"The bed is very comfortable. Is a highlight of the hotel. Also location wise is perfect for people travelling to the airport too. The only thing was the hot water either super hot or none. Is hard to adjust for the shower to a suitable temperature for a shower. "

Great location, lower your expectation on service

"Second time here, mainly for the london eye view. Location is great. But service was really …merely acceptable. Slow, cold, not so friendly. Lower your expectation on warm and welcoming service. Otherwise, all good. "

"酒店位置不错，就在海德公园旁边，附近有2个地铁站。订的双床房，房间很小，刚入住插电时保险丝烧坏，房间没电了，也修不好，给我们临时换了大床房，结果连住几天也没有服务员给我们换回双床房（请改进）。酒店没有冷空调，被子还很厚，走廊都比房间凉快，睡觉一身汗太难受。"
