The view of the mountains was nice. Otherwise, the rental was terrible! The HVAC didn’t work for 1 1/2 days. Kitchen was dirty. No hand towels or bath mat in bathroom. This listing states “entire home”. It’s actually a basement unit and the homeowners like their music loud!

Never again.
This property was a toral disappointment. It had a foul odor and the cleaning was sub par. We did not stay there but about 15 mins and left. We found a hotel for our stay. It was misrepresented in the on line description. It is a basement in a home. The outside was mildewed and had a heavy odor of cat urine. And the view shown wastakwn from the corner of the deck which was covered with charcoal ashes from the upstairs deck. My wife has asthma the 16 minutes we were there made her sick she coughedand weezed for several hour's after we left. We notified the owner. He offered to let us use a little building he refered to as a cabin but looked to only be large enough for a bed. Based i. The odor in the unit and the deck which was attached at the end of the deck we declined. No offer to refund a portion or any of our money was offered.

The location and ease of access of the property was excellent. When we entered the property is was filthy. The sink was full of coffee grinds and the floor had mud on it. We went to the first bedroom to use and it was obvious that the bed sheets weren’t washed. We ended up going to Walmart and purchasing our own sheets and towels for the stay. The bathroom shower was full of hair from the previous occupant. I am also pretty sure that the bathroom has mold. The owner routinely gets up at 4:00 AM and blasts the TV, making sleep impossible. Then the porch in the pictures is great, but unusable because the owner has an outdoor shower above you and soaks the entire area. I was soaked while walking out the door once. The chairs are always wet. So you can enjoy the backyard as long as you stand and maybe have an umbrella. The refrigerator does not have ice. It’s a shame, because the unit is a good size and the location is great, but the inability to get any sleep and with how dirty the unit was ruined the experience.
