「The hosts were so nice and helpful. Let us in to the apartment early as it was ready and were very helpful by letting us leave our luggage on the last day as our flight wasn’t until later on. Great communication. Apartment was in a great location, walking distance to most things. There was a fan to keep us cool and we felt very safe. 」

「Staff was helpful, location was perfect and quiet. 」

「Overall, our stay in the hotel has been pretty fantastic. The room was bigger than we thought, the beds are comfy, the sofa was surprisingly snug. Despite the fact that the space of the bathtub was a bit problematic to use, it’s great that the hotel has provided sufficient soap to use. The double huge windows were fantastic to maintain airflow. The staff were helpful as well.」

「Our host was very gracious and attentive. Very nice and modern accommodations. Roll-out couch was very firm and comfy. Quiet flat. Easy check-in and checkout. Though the winter temps outside were below 3C, the heating available in the flat was exceptional. Public transportation was very convenient. Godiva outlet in walking distance. We had a rental car and host worked with us to avoid parking tickets. Waterloo was 30 mins away. Int; airport was 25 mins away. We'd like to stay another time and...

"地理位置極佳，從飯店走到中央車站不到三分鐘，距離布魯塞爾大廣場和主要景點也是短短路程，前方小廣場超級熱鬧，即使玩得較晚回家也很安心，用餐也很方便！另外客房空間也比想像中寬敞舒適！"

Great location and friendly staff.

"Great location. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish. The breakfast was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future."
