「This place exceeded my expectations! We had a group of 11 girls staying here and the house was beautiful, spacious and had everything you could ask for. Jonathan was a pleasure to communicate with and was able to answer questions I had, very promptly and with ease. 「The property is as described small but perfect for 4 people. Although it is in the middle of farm land it is reassuring to know there are neighbours in the main house. Was very impressed with all the little thoughtful touches eg the welcome sign and tea / coffee / biscuits basket, the cooking oil and salt amd people , thr cute little make up clothes and the auto lights on stairs and by loo. We stayed 4 nights and were exploring Suffolk but could have easily had a day or 3 just sitting sipping...

「A great spot to stay for a family wedding in town! We enjoyed the hot tub and needed help with a few things and Helen was amazing and very prompt with helping. We asked for fans and she had them the next morning!!! Amazing. Rafa (the dog) hung around and we enjoyed his company.」

「The Grape Escape is a fabulous little hideaway tucked away in the corner of the vineyard. We has a lovely quiet 2 night stay, the cabin is equipped with everything you need. 「We really enjoyed our stay at The Hayloft. I thought that it might be too small for a four-night stay (2 adults and a dog) but it wasn't at all- it actually felt quite spacious and the bathroom was huge. The little dressing area was a nice addition and the kitchen area had everything we needed. The garden area was the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening and had an abundance of beautiful flowers. Debra really has a designer's flair and added lots of lovely touches throughout....

「Thimble Cottage is sweet and nicely decorated but was a bit too small for 4 not large adults in our opinion. Easy location to explore delightful Southwold from. It was however rather noisy (bus stop and lovely pop up bakery queues outside main bedroom window from early in the morning, dog grooming parlour immediately behind the tiny courtyard, public bins being emptied at 5:30am in the High St). We were also greeted with an overflowing bin of rubbish in the courtyard from previous guests which...

「A cosy and well equipped cottage in a beautiful Suffolk village. We stayed whilst our house was having some building works and it made the perfect “home away from home”. Any very minor issues (plumbing) sorted straight away by the very helpful property manager. Would highly recommend.」

「My stay was fine but seemed a touch expensive as the hotel did seem a little tired and dated. My room was in an odd lower hallway, and was quite dark. However, the bed was comfortable and I appreciated the amenities offered in room. I enjoyed an evening drink in the bar, and my breakfast - with both the bar staff, and breakfast staff being very helpful and pleasant. 」
