Almost... A Vacationer Runier!
Front door code didn't work but it wouldn't have mattered because the door handle was broken anyway. Had to pull a B&E on the back slider just to access the unit. 2 tvs that don't work, a hot tub that doesn't heat and has the loudest jets ever, a kitchen overrun by ants and the cake taker... not a drop of warm water in the whole place so I hope you like cold showers. 7 different calls, over 2 hours of wasted time and in the end 24 hours into our 3 day stay we found the last available room at the Best Western during MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND and were able to salvage the rest of our trip. Is the view from this unit gorgeous - absolutely! Is the overall location to town and nearby hot spots perfect, 100%. Was the bed cozy as heck, sure was. Did we end up getting a full refund on our stay - we did and it was greatly appreciated but we would have preferred avoiding the hassle and keeping our original plans - you betcha. Hopefully this was a learning experience for both the property management company as well as us.
