「Great food options both for evening meal & breakfast. The bed was very comfortable (room 24) however the bathroom extractor fan took an eternity to go off & it was noisy! The fan itself needed a good hoover. Shower also disappointing very little pressure, difficult to get a good temperature. Decor tired. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The tea/coffee room facilities were excellent. The flask of milk & water very much appreciated. Thank you. 」

「Though GPS directed our car to the tourist coach parking lot at the back, the hotel is just beside the motorway service centre with several restaurants in it. As customer of the hotel, we can buy £10 worth of coupon at £7.5 and the coupon can be used at nearby restaurant. The family room is also spacious, though the nearby gas station charges comparatively higher than other gas station 」
