Welcomed by Kevan, apartment as advertised, yes the stairway is steep but worth it for the fabulous view. Easy walking distance to Berry Head and Brixham harbour/town. Would happily stay there again.

Fabulous appartement , incredible sea views , outdoor spiral staircase perfectly manageable and safe , very well equipped kitchen , excellent quality bed and bed linen . Local beaches a doorstep away and would highly recommend the little bistro on the beach . Looking forward to return .

Stunning Apartment
Kevan made us feel very welcome when we arrived and helped us transit our luggage to the apartment. The views are breathtaking; overlooking Brixham on the left, Paignton, Torquay and even Exmouth in the far distance. The king size bed was so amazingly comfortable in a very roomy bedroom. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and it's truly clear that the owners care very much about accommodation standards. Will surely want to visit again.

Wonderful views and a lovely spot.
Well-equipped flat with fantastic views in a superb location. Excellent and responsive hosts. Great swimming spot just over the road. Quiet and tranquil with a lovely flat/easy walk to marina, harbour and town centre. Lots to do close by and within easy driving/travelling distance of other things to do (beaches, walks, NT properties, boat trips, steam train etc. etc). The spiral staircase to the flat could be the only drawback for anyone with mobility issues. We had a really wonderful stay - thank you.

Comfortable, spacious flat ideally situated with Terrific views.
Only a 15 minute leisurely walk to Brixham harbour side makes this ideally situated for exploring the local area. About the same distance will take you to Berry head and saves on the car park charges. The flat has everything needed for a weeks stay and is clean and comfortable. The help with the luggage was much appreciated as the spiral staircase up to the flat could be a little challenging for some. We enjoyed the daily work out 😀 Would have no hesitation in recommending this holiday flat.

Best view of the sunset over brixham
This flat was well equipped, there was good communication with the owners. The views across the harbour were stunning, especially the sunset. The open spiral staircase that is outside to access the flat was ok for me but my husband who is not so good with heights did find it a bit daunting. It was a nice 10/15 minute walk to the bars and shops
