「My husband and I enjoyed our seven-night stay at Wich Hazel, Downton. The property was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was a very relaxing place to stay, decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was great. We found great places to eat out in the evenings. 「The property manager was not reasonable in our request for a compensation settlement being that the flat had no heating one evening. She said that I should have called her to which I responded that I hadn’t that evening due to the lateness and opted to report it in the morning. She was not accommodating but curt. 「There was not good communication about the size of the room. This was listed as suitable for 6 people and it certainly was not. We were 4 adults and 2 kids, the adults not in pairs. But we were willing to push through for one night. The other problem was an inadequate amount of linen. We needed more towels and blankets/sheets.
