「Room is of good size but smells like it has been vacant for ages and the smell only goes away slightly after 2-night stay. Shiny tiles used in the entrance and dining area which is a bit old-fashioned. There is washer and dryer in the bathroom yet parts of the dryer door fell out during the process…」

「The view from the apartment balcony is amazing. You can see the whole Brisbane CBD.Not to mention the whole apartment is so spacious and homey with a nice kitchen and a living room. It'll be great for family trip or people in a big group for sure.」

「We felt comfortable and relaxed during nine day stay. The environment is quiet. Although the location is situated in Spring Hill, it takes only 10 mins walking to the City - Central Station and King George Square. 」

「這間飯店沒有每日清㓗房間的服務，所以例如像洗碗精的東西我們就要另外買整體上是不錯的我們訂的是一人房，但是他給兩人房這樣客廳比較大是很好，但是另外一個房間是不能可是他們又沒有鎖起來，只放了一張警告的紙/如果使用兩間會加收錢我會建議飯店直接鎖掉一間，以免有的人沒看到或者是看不懂或者是小孩子沒看到就在上面玩」

「Great location, modern apartment, had an issue with the digital key, but pin code is also supplied and communication was excellent from property. Able to access a physical key once inside the aprtment. Would stay again.」

「Be careful of poor communication. Expect the case no one is there to help you to assist. They should have good effcetive communication at least during the stay. Though I liked the rooms but they are not professional and responsible. If you are planning with family please consider these parameters.」

「On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.」

「靠近車站跟超市，交通方便。房間、廚房、浴室乾淨，接待人員親切友善(非24小時接待，注意櫃台時間)。泳池不大，玩玩水可以。有洗烘衣機跟廚房，對我們很有幫助。」

「I spent 3nights at the studio with my wife last week. When i first got in my room, the bathroom was not entirely cleaned. There were still marks on the seat. Moreover, there was not enough parking spaces which I didn’t expect and i had to get a free parking spot far away. And the most disappointing thing is that there was a road maintenance in front of the apartment. Someone was drilling on the wall in the morning at around 7am , it was really disturbing and ruined my journey. 」

「Very happy to be accommodated here! We felt very welcomed and enjoyed the time here! Very nice and well furbished house and an even more enjoyable swimming pool! Will definetely consider it again in the future!」
