「This was a wonderful place to stay if you are going to an event nearby. Lots of busses and monorail close by. Wonderful park and touristy things to do nearby. Very kid friendly. A bit loud due to traffic and bars close by. The building is older but taken care of. I had an issue with my emails and the host was very communicative and understanding. If you drive to this location you should consider getting space in the garage in the building because the rates change everywhere pending on the events...

「My 15 year old daughter and I spent just 2 nights here while we explored ALL Seattle has to offer. It was exactly what we needed at the end of long days of adventure. Beds are very comfortable with cozy bedding. The space is small but perfect for two people as a place to shower, decompress and sleep. There is a small mini bar type fridge which was perfect for keeping our breakfast items. Coffee and coffee maker provided as well which was nice. The apartment was clean and tastefully decorated....

「Nice small bedroom but not very much space. This rooms will be for like 1-2 days max for a couple . If going by your self good place for 1 person. Also being on top floor it was hard to get the room cold. They had a small fan but didn’t do much. Opening window will help a little depending on the wind direction. Also tub was very slippery when showering not really safe for anyone, I almost Fell Twice! I do recommend pack light for anyone staying here. Carrying luggage up the stairs not fun. Bed...

「The studio in Ballard is well situated and well appointed. Check in is self-service but it was easy. The place is small but very attractive. It's within walking distance of a number of restaurants. My partner and I loved it. The only issue is that it's hard to do dishes since there is no sink. You have to do the dishes in the bathroom sink which is inconvenient. But then again, who does a lot of dishes when on holiday?」

「No living room/communal area, no ice maker or ice or ice trays. Pretty much nothing in the ice department. Early checkout time of 10am combined with a knock on the door at 9:57 from the cleaner just to make it a little earlier. Was given the wrong address from the host. The correct address has a “b” on the end of it. The address given leads to a hostel. Rest was fine and would stay again. Just bring ice trays i guess」
