“This was my first time visiting Breckenridge. The property is quite large with beach access. The house is well equipped with everything you need to be comfortable. Plenty of beds. Wrap around porch and upstairs balcony. Right on the water. Very clean and well put together. 2 bathrooms. Stacy was very helpful in instructions prior to checking in. You really don’t need to bring much when visiting this property, just whatever you plan on eating or drinking. Everything else is provided. Great job!”

“House was great! Road to get to the house is a little rough. We love PK lake. Only negative was trying to get the code to the house. Didn’t receive it until we drove around so we could find cell phone service and paid extra for my retired service dog. I have never had anyone make that a process before giving me a code. ”

“We had a nice stay overall—the place was clean and matched the description. However, all the propane tanks were empty, so we couldn’t use the barbecue grill, which was disappointing. Some rooms weren’t fully separated by complete walls, so there was less privacy and it got noisy at times. Also, taking out the garbage was a bit of a hassle since we had to drive about 5 minutes to reach the dumpster. With a few improvements, this could be a much more comfortable stay.”
