"Turned up 4 people they said room only for 3 max. My friend offered to stay in a hammock outside the room . Not accepting that she then forked out over £100 for another room which was only available 1 night we were there for 2. Then the management the next day had a change of heat and all 4 of us were allowed in the original room . Disgusting treatment just to get another £100+"

"Quite a basic lodge with rather a casuial attitude to customer care. The rooms are clean and fairly spartan with somewhat old sanitaryware. The view out onto the water from our room was beautiful and serene, until the motors of the lodge's boats started up early in the morning. Our guide was personable. E o fato de o banheiro ser do lado de fora tb é um pouco incômodo visto que ha duas portas na bolha que são barulhentas (elas precisam travar bem para evitar escape de ar) , então cada vez que alguém acorda a noite para ir ao banheiro, impossibilita o sono do outro.
