Good hotel but poor service.
It's a good hotel, hardwarewise. But, the service is extremely poor. First of all, we checked in on a Sunday and noticed the TV was not working. We asked for help but the front office lady tried very hard to have it tuned but replied that all the management staff were on leave on Sunday, so the TV problems cannot be solved. Secondly, the package included breakfast, but we had to walk for 10 minutes to another hotel of the same group in a 6 degree C for it. Lastly, when we checked out, the front office staff requested us to pay for 4 breakfast (2 nights). We showed him the hotel confirmation that breakfast was included, but he said he did not understand Chinese so we had to pay for the breakfast. After 30 minutes of argument, we showed him the Hotels.com web page in English saying breakfast was included, then he released us. During the argument, he showed a high degree of discrimination against Chinese. His attitude is extremely rude. This is the first time I complain a hotel staff like this as I am also a hotelier.
