Great location. It's very close to SDC. We basically used the place to get some sleep and a shower before heading back the next day to SDC. It's cheap so don't expect the Ritz accomodation. We also skipped breakfast as we didn't find it appetizing.

Derek checked us in and was concerned that we were comfortable and had all we need. He checked back with us about 30 minutes after we got into the room. The room was great! Clean. Comfortable bed. We appreciated the refrigerator. The breakfast included Belgian waffle, two kinds of cereal, muffins, bagels, two kinds of bread, oatmeal, two juices, and coffee. Our experience was wonderful!

Just a few suggestions. They need to put in a dresser and remove the table and chairs. They are not needed. Breakfast is all carbs, no fruit, no yogart ,no eggs. No protein. The coffee was very bad. Pool was misleading. Put in description seasonal.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. The shower was a finicky and there was very low water pressure. We got there pretty late in the night and the check in guy wasn’t overly friendly. We were there for a quick trip and mainly just needed a place to sleep and it worked for that

My room was very small but very clean and surprisingly bright. The fridge and microwave were an unexpected bonus. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was concerned about the structure itself. Walking on the breezeway to get to my room, there were several spots that seemed to give under my weight (and I am not a large person.)

Pictures were misleading, it took 20 minutes to get hot water in the shower, they recently did a remodeling but the work that was done by someone that truly did not care about the job that they were doing. Whole room was dirty, bathroom especially. Would not recommend even in a pinch!!

During our stay there (six days). We got fresh towels twice and the beds made. No sign that the room was cleaned. Had to get toilet paper from the front desk twice since they never restocked. It was pretty quiet (off season). I was not expecting to pay a $100 deposit after paying a daily pet fee.

Mattresses both had filthy stains although covered up with a mattress cover. Marqee stated clean rooms and hot breakfast they had neither. Breakfast was not being offered this time of the year. Also theyvquited me 59.99(which is the peak season price) as a price when I called the fromt desk and yet on Expedia it was listed at $42. Very dissappinted

Negative for me is that they advertise a free breakfast (even on their street marquee sign) when you get to the property, there is a sign on the door says breakfast not offered during the Branson off-season. Would have gone elsewhere if that had been disclosed.

The room was fine the bed was comfortable however the parking lot was covered in snow didn’t even look like they even tried to clean it. So I tracked through the snow to get to the office as well to my room which in turn I tracked snow in my room. The location wasn’t convenient but that part is on me for not researching where the hotel was at when I booked the room.
